1. Scope of Service

https://ticket.bit.studio/ acts as the official ticketing platform for bit.studio gallery. We facilitate the sale of digital tickets for admission to our gallery, exhibitions and installations.

2. Prices and Payment Terms

1. Ticket prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Ticket prices are displayed on the website in Thai baht (THB). For international cardholders, the final amount charged may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer.
3. Upon successful payment, a confirmation of your purchase will be displayed on the screen and sent to the email address you provide during the transaction. This confirmation serves as your ticket and must be presented for entry to the gallery.
4. When the order is confirmed, it signifies that the transaction has been completed. This means you have authorized the payment for the tickets and all applicable service fees or taxes.
5. bit.studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

3. Ticket Usage

1. Each ticket is valid for a one-time entry for one person unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time slot selected during the purchase process. If you arrive outside of your allocated time slot, bit.studio reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund, or move you to a later slot subject to capacity.
3. Ticket types:
   • Adult: Applicable to any visitor not qualifying for Student or Child rates.
   • Student: Applicable to students. A valid student ID must be presented upon admission at the gallery. Failure to provide proof will require payment of the difference to the Adult ticket price.
   • Child: Applicable to children aged below 12 years old. Must be closely supervised by a guardian at all times.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for “change of mind” or user error.
2. In the event that bit.studio gallery must close the gallery due to technical failure, private events, or Force Majeure (natural disasters, government mandates), we will notify you via the email provided.
3. If a refund is authorized due to gallery closure, it will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Gallery Rules and Code of Conduct

1. All attendees must follow venue rules, posted signage, and verbal instructions from bit.studio gallery staff.
2. Food, beverages and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the galleries to protect the interactive installations.
3. Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited within the gallery and the surrounding indoor premises.
4. Children below 12 years old must be accompanied and closely supervised by an adult at all times. Running, climbing on non-interactive structures, or rough play is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

6. Property Damage

1. Our gallery contains sensitive electronic equipment, sensors, and bespoke art installations. Visitors are encouraged to interact with the art as instructed.
2. Forcing moving parts, throwing objects at screens, or attempting to dismantle any part of an exhibit is strictly forbidden.
3. In the event that a visitor is found to have damaged any property, hardware, or artwork within bit.studio gallery through intentional or unintentional, bit.studio reserves all rights to claim for any loss, damage, or expense suffered (including but not limited to repair costs, replacement costs, loss of business income, and legal fees).

7. Health and Safety Warnings

1. Some installations may involve flickering lights, strobe effects, or high-contrast patterns. Visitors with photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities should consult staff before entering specific zones.
2. Interaction may require movement. Visitors assume all risks related to their physical condition when engaging with the exhibits.
3. The gallery may involve loud sounds and dark environments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BIT STUDIO COMPANY LIMITED shall not be liable for:

1. Any personal injury, illness, or death occurring on the premises, except where caused by our gross negligence.
2. Any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the gallery.
3. Any indirect, incidental arising from the use of the website or attendance at the gallery.
4. Temporary unavailability of specific interactive installations. While we strive for 100% uptime, art-tech exhibits may require “cool down” periods or unscheduled maintenance. No partial refunds will be given for individual exhibit closures.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Website and within the Gallery, including software code, digital art, music, graphics, logos, and “bit.studio” branding is the exclusive property of BIT STUDIO COMPANY LIMITED or its licensors.
2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our interactive installations or website content for commercial purposes without an explicit licensing agreement.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
